Payment


What are the payment methods?

Jim And Rich Trading e-Store only accepts PayPal Gateway Payments. It supports major debit and credit cards via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal account transfers. You will be able to make payment with or without a PayPal account. For more information, please refer to www.paypal.com.

In which currency are the payments made?

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST). All orders will be calculated and billed in SGD.

How do I apply discount codes?
If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase.



 

Delivery


What type of delivery is provided?

Jim And Rich Trading offers only Standard Courier service for all local deliveries. All local orders are delivered via our in-house courier service.

What are the charges?

Above SGD$100   : Free Standard Courier delivery is offered for local purchases in a single order
Below SGD$100    : $3.80

How long does delivery take?

We process and pack all orders within 1-3 working days (Mondays to Fridays; Weekends & Public Holidays excluded). 

I missed my delivery, is re-delivery possible?

Parcels under Standard Courier will be attempted for delivery up to 2 times. Should the delivery be unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the item will be returned to us. A re-delivery charge of $4.80 will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be couriered out again after the 2nd attempt. Please provide your contact number when signing up for an account at our website to ensure that the courier can reach you in any circumstances with regards to your delivery. Alternatively, you can update your contact details at "My Account" page and under "Address Book". All orders will be shipped according to the mailing address filled by customers at checkout. Please ensure that your particulars are correct. 

*In the case that your address has been provided wrongly, Jim And Rich Trading will not be liable for the cost of redelivery. No refunds will be given in the event that the package was returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Is international delivery available?

International shipping is currently unavailable. 



 

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds


What are the return policies?

We do not accept returns. 

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

All sales are final. Refunds are not practised.

What if I have received a wrong or defective item?
We apologize for sending you a wrong or defective item. Please drop us an email here within 5 working days from the date of delivery. All return items must be in their original condition. Items which do not fulfil this criteria will be rejected duly.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, you do not. You may check out as a guest. However, it is highly recommended to create an account so as to expedite your future purchases and enjoy members perks. Registration is quick and simple, click here to get started!

How do I make an order?

Select your item, your preferred colour and quantity, and click the cart symbol right beside the quantity option. You may continue browsing, or, if you would like to complete your order, go into your shopping cart (top right corner) to check out.

What if an item goes out of stock?

We are sorry you were unable to get hold of your desired item! If you wish to be notified of its availability, please fill in your email address in the respective product page. Subsequently, you can leave us an email address here

Where can I check my order status?

Proceed to “My Account“, click on the human avatar at the top right-hand corner of the website and then orders to view all your orders and order status. If you are not a registered user, kindly wait for our email as we will send you an email every time we update your order status. Alternatively, you can email us at enquiries@jimnrich.com.

Processing -  When you just purchased your items and is waiting for us to acknowledge your pending order.
Confirmed - When we've received and acknowledged your order, and packing of your parcel is in the process.
On Hold - When there are issues with your order.
Despatched - When the parcel has been handed over to our drivers, in the queue ready to be delivered to you.
